Depends what you're emulating. Personally I think that the Zero has anything 4th gen and below on lock. But everyone loves the PSP with a diehard passion and is almost unbeatable for PS1 emulation. Unfortunately the PSP is almost a decade old and modern droid devices are way more powerful and better suited for emulating N64 and Saturn. JXD devices are popular if you hate touchscreens.

well that one hasn't been updated in almost a year but the version up there still works. personally I like to unpack the OPKs with 7zip and just make my own links and icons on the device. the last system update borked some of the OPKs like the Streets of Rage Remake and Quake 2 from launching while packed.
