Well I think the trophy theory is likely but Fi and the music that played could just mean a character or design of a character from Skyward Sword. Fi's most obviously connected to Grihm, but the music wasn't his. So it's hard to say what rep it could be, though the most notable guesses seem to be Groose, Ghirahim, and Impa. It's not as clear cut as the Metroid trophy, with a creature that was provoked by a certain something who then proceeded to eat it after Samus killed King Kihunter.
