What is a good mech game

I just watched The Raid: Redemption for the first time (I know, 2 years too late), and now I'm itching to get the adrenaline out with an FPS full of cramped corridors, big guns, and tense, bloody firefights. What does /v/ play when it's on the high you get after a really good action movie?Also, before you list any of them, I've played the hell out of the Doom, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., and Counter Strike series already.

Question about the Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim:
After you become the listener, what the hell is everyone else doing? I mean, you listen; you set up the contract; you carry out the murder. Since you can't tell other members about other contracts and have them do it, what exactly are they doing?

Is the last dragonborn joining the dark brotherhood going to be canon? If not, it seems like there is no way to have the dark brotherhood continue on into later (setting wise) TES games, as they were on the verge of totally being wiped out from all of Tamriel

Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim doesn't follow the code of the actual Dark Brotherhood.
Their sanctuary and the person in charge turned it into a simple assassination gang that kills purely for fun and profit.
The current leader even admits to not believing in The Night Mother.

A lot of people have a misguided notion of the whole dynamic. Which is why plebs deny niche and sexual gaming because their whole definition of art is warped.

What went wrong?
Jeb got so fucking ambitious and tried to create a fuckton of endgame goals which a bunch of people from the early alpha/beta hated. It used to be simple. You get iron, find diamonds make armour and tools, then make a nice shack by the ocean. Then you could build some buildings as they came to you. Now it's all about going to the nether and all those other dimensions and fighting a boss which is really out of place for this game. They tried too hard to turn it into something else.
Adventure mode.
An endgame, and the developers complying with the community's shitty demands. "WAAA WE WANT MORE BLOCKS MORE MOBS BOSSES I WANT TO FINISH THE GAEM!!11!1" Look at Notch, even he's done with their shit.
