There's some other horror stuff but they're not exactly surreal like you're looking for.
There's Eversion but that's a platformer and I don't think it was made with RPGmaker anyway.
So P3P is not worth playing at all? I like Persona on the go but they supposedly butchered the immersion and story badly in this and made up for it by letting you play as a female protagonist that's not even canon.
As a supplemental game to play once you've finished FES, it's passable
