What will it take to save the industry?
Frankly, I think the industry needs to be bifurcated: on the one hand, you'll have casuals who play exclusively mobile games, and on the other you have enthusiasts who will move to PC. The best case scenario is that Nintendo goes handheld, Microsoft and Sony leave the industry, and lots of companies start developing exclusively for PC.
I want to make vidya. I am fueled by pure rage. Thoughts like these give me the energy to fight, even though they hurt to hold on to.
Frankly speaking, I'm not a retard do pays attention to the negative aspects and instead always attempt to find games that catch my interest.
This industry has always been shit. There has always been catering and stupid decisions. But I'm not an autist like you to stare at the big pile of shit when I take two steps to the right and find a small shinny pebble that catches my eye.
