Do any of you know how the Shani relationship works in Hearts of Stone? I picked Triss consistently over the course of three games, but I was wondering if you imported a save with Shani it would be different.

They already confirmed what you did with her in Witcher 1 has zero effect. Just as every option in regards to Triss has zero effect.
I don't know why people keep talking about imports and saves and decisions. Nothing you do in any game imports into the next game in any real fashion. There's only one decision and it ends as a cameo.. that's it.

me: a FPS game with a dynamic time-of-day and weather system.
maps can have any time of day or night (sunrise/sunset, morning/evening, midday, night). also, maps can have weather effects like snow, rain, wind, hail, fog and perhaps sandstorm, all in varying degrees (ex. light rain, normal rainy, heavy rain). the sky can be sunny or overcast.
I think implementing such a system would make a game both more atmospheric and replayable, but it might be too much work to be worth it... I don't really know how difficult it should be to add.
STALKER does this.

Literally STALKER with added bonus of random bouts of nuclear holocaust from time to time.

No unless you want it portable, keep in mind, the Wii version has awful graphics, on the 3ds they're obviously worse.
