Depends on the level of hacking we're talking about. If it's literally press x to win, then no.
Any software can be hacked so if you're well versed in that type of stuff then you can gain an advantage from anything.

if you go in thinking its an action game its not, i enjoyed it for exactly what it was meant to be, and "interactive anime", that sounds a bit cringe but it was really well done and probably the only way to describe the game.
