This is my first gaming PC and the only game I really play is minecraft on Android.
That's a decent first PC. Should be able to play all vidya, even the new ones with decent settings.

For a casual experience, definitely. Don't even think about trying to play this game competitively though. Item system is too luck-based
Its the best Mario Kart game yet. Fixed every issue Mario Kart DS and Wii had.

it's alright but you'd probably have to like armored core a lot to get into it, it's not a good game for most beginners

Atmospheric like STALKER, but not as open and very linear. It's worth it if you value the story more than roaming around like you do in STALKER games.
