Can't kill Goatia right now, so I figured i'll go do something else
My entire party is 15 and Lao at 16
I just got the blast fencer class, liking the photon saber so far
Pretty much got all the probes placed in promordia
Haven't ventured too deep into oblivia because there is a high lvl mob blocking the way
So I've been running around doing some shitty basic missions, go here do this and kill that kind of deal, collected some treasures, killed some tyrants
What else is there to do?
I know I have to be missing something
So far the exploration aspect has been pretty boring, nothing but terrain with nothing on it but monsters and mountains with some water here and there
Haven't encountered any interesting caves, the ones I did just had some monsters in it, that's all.
No other towns or villages yet
I did find a huge piece of the white whale sticking out of the water in northern promordia, can't do anything about it though, and neither Lin or Elma say anything about it when i get close to it, so I assume its for another Blade department to take care of it(I picked enforcer)
Any interesting quests for my level?
Like I said, Ive been doing some of those terminal missions, but they are pretty shit
Can't pick any affinity missions, because I'm on a story mission at the moment, and I don't think I can drop a mission

The remake is going to remove her unbuttoned short shorts and turn her into a kawaii uguu~ character instead of a dick ass thief. It will also turn Aeris into a purehearted maiden instead of a sneaky crazy woman who wanted into Cloud's purple pants and who threatened to rip off a man's testicles. It will also remove or censor Cid's swearing and abuse of Shera. I don't know what it'll do to Red XIII, but there's no way Hojo trying to breed him with Aeris survives. Cait Sith barely even needs to be mentioned. And we already saw that Barret turned from Mr. T into Wesley Snipes. The only character who will survive unchanged is Vincent.

To be fair, that was an extremely contrived and stupid idea. Why the fuck would Hojo think they would be able to breed? What would be the advantage of breeding a Cetra with Nanaki's race over, say, a human? Did he pump them full of plot-convenient mako and Jenova cells to make them compatible? No, not even that. It's just complete nonsense.

I played it for two hours on release and requested a refund. The first thing the game did was strip away my ability to go where I wanted, and that was unacceptable. Sure it has all these different minor outcomes compared to 3 for situations but does that warrant such high praise? Fucking "Obsidian can do no wrong" memers.

Mages seem a bit OP and if enemy has more than one mage fighting you, you are royally fucked if you do not plan for that situation.
