Why is the combat so fucking shit? It's just one big dumb dps check after another. Sure is fun when your team/skells get one shotted and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it or prevent it. Can't revive anyone either because it takes forever to make 3000TP even with arts:gaintp. Overpower something or be overpowered, that's all there is here and it's stupid.

Is this game only good for the story? I bought it thinking I'd get some fun gameplay out of it but all I've gotten is-

>gunplay that is really just mediocre, nothing special at all
>stale enemies, none are really fleshed out very much except for the enemy that shields itself with it's arms when moves towards you
>a lot of the scenarios end up feeling like trial and error or just plain bullshit, i got the most angry during thepavel boss fight because there's literally no cover and enemies shoot you from all directions. i wouldn't have had AS much of an issue with this, except when i used my valve sniper, the hit detection would fuck up half the time and my shots would do nothing to enemies

Fucking again you ungodly retard, Ranger makes enemies actually worth something, and most of the times you have better luck stealthing out a fucking zone than just gunblazing everything.
