I just got past Kiryu's level cap, and I'm wonder about this block breaking attack. It says to press a button at the right time, but nothing's really happening whatever I press.

Also having level caps and going back to blind leveling up was a really retarded idea. Especially providing the ability to remove the cap SO late in the game. You basically have to grind to hit 25 with every character. What the fuck were they thinking?

Post your favorite XXXXXL sized creatures and, of course, the games or mods they appear in. I like me some incredibly epic enemies.
I don't even mind that much if the game isn't really all that good, I'd like to see just what I stated above.
Still, bonus points if you mention a game worth playing.
To get the obvious one out of the way I'll mention my fav collossus here. I kinda wish the game was a bit harder, the enemies even bigger and more bosses.

Let's get this out of the way already, Shadow of the Colossus exists and is absolutely a masterpiece when it comes to finding enormous things and killing them.
That said, I also played Castlevania Lords of Shadow 1 recently and was very impressed by the size of some of the bosses. It's actually a bit of/a huge rip-off of Shadow of the Colossus, but at least they look cool. Other, non-giant bosses are more fun to fight against.

yes but the interactive aspect of video games is only a steering wheel for any philosophical plot which is obsolete compared to narrative art forms. So at best a shitty movie, á la Bioshock, for example
Although this could be improved if a game had like very little focus on mechanics and shit and solely used the interactions of the character as a narrative in a lenient plot, with a bunch of cut scenes, reading notes etc, sort of like Dear Esther
