What is the fastest you have ever won a game without the other player conceding?

anyone else always on the losing side or the loser in any game? I'm honestly about to quit playing games altogether because I never win. sure i used to just have fun playing but waiting to respawn, getting dominated, everyone being better than me and just never getting better is really depressing. I though games were supposed to be an escape for reality but it's almost exactly the same

I have not played Dark Souls and plan on it. Does it matter if I play out of order and if so, which game should I start with?

I think you should start with the worst one so you dont get spoiled so.
DAS 1 -> DaS3 -> DaS2 SCHOLAR OF THE FIRST SIN EDITION, dont bother with the original as it was poop
Play them in release order so you can see how the gameplay evolves and you can understand all of the references. DaS: PtD -> DaS2: SotfS -> DaS3. If you have a PS3 I'd suggest playing DeS first, but you really don't have to
Just play in release order so you don't get spoiled by the improvementsor the things they made worse, there's also lots of throwbacks to the earlier games in the sequels

>What do I do in-game?
General rundown is: Get generator running, set up the railguns, go to objective marker, kill monster/get artifact, go to endpoint. Also fix any hullbreaches and get any unwanted water out the sub during all of that.These tasks are all shared across the crew obviously, so you don’t have to (and shouldn’t) do all of it yourself.

No. The game has character skills and the assistant is objectively worst at everything. Take engie or mech.
>What are the controls?
WASD to move, E to interact, Tab to chat. Type "r;" in front of your message to talk on the radio. LMB uses most objects in your hand, some others have to be “aimed” with RMB first, like any weapon or the welder/cutter. CTRL to crouch.
>How do I set up the generator?
Set shutdown temp to 6-7k, then fission to 100% until around 2k (grid load and temp should be the same), then enable auto-adjustment and you’re basically done unless someone fucks with it. Just make sure to replace the fuel rod once it’s empty.
>How do I set up the railgun?
Set the capacitors to charge at 100% and put the shells into the loader (pick them up with E, then hit E on the loader and drag them into the boxes with your mouse). Protip: C4 (and possibly stun grenades) can be put into the shells to make them more deadly.
>How do I fire the railgun?
E on the periscope, then RMB to aim and LMB to fire.
>How do I equip a diving suit?
Unequip your current clothes, then hit E on the diving suit. Don’t forget to put in an oxygen tank

I actually liked 2 a lot, because even though the setting and story were infantile, gameplay was good, it had shitton of classes and subclasses, weapons to develop and tank parts to fiddle with, and that's my jam.
3 was kinda meh, a step too far with edge and chuuni shit like that gunblade. Also little of what I liked in 2.
What went wrong with the souls playerbase?

Simply beating this guy, no matter how you did it, was something that you felt great about. People would get him stuck on the bones and slowly whittle him down with arrows and feel great because they figured out a way to finally beat this guy
Now if the flamelurker was a boss in dark souls 3 all those strategies would be for shitters who can't play the game. If you can't beat the boss at base level no armor, no healing with just your fists you're just terrible at the game
What caused such a change?
That's what happens when a game's marketing is purely focused on the game being hard.
Also, fanbases in general are cancerous.

DeS only got popular because of word of mouth. the very existence of the community relied on camaraderie.
because dark sous 3 bosses have no HP and weapons are OP as fuck. And being embered gives you a shitton more health

Play the game a lot. I can go from a fresh save file to unlocking the AX tracks in a few hours. A couple of the story mode missions are extremely difficult on very hard though, especially the training level.
Look up how to snake and get good at it. Its pretty much mandatory for beating all the missions on very hard.

I don't get snaking, is it supposed to be fast are like a rythmic process? It took me years to just beat the regular normal story mode.
