No. Its one of the better ones. 358/2 Days is the worst one. It has no bearing on the overarching plot of the games and retcons itself. Its idea of difficulty is making fights take longer through high HP and/or high defense. Its also a game about Organization XIII that focuses on a new character that has almost no personality rather than the actual Organization members.
CoM is absolutely amazing in terms of story

Why isn't this game more popular, /v/? With the rising popularity of SRPGs like Fire Emblem in the West, why don't games like Stella Glow get more attention? Yes, Fire Emblem has elements that are better than Stella Glow, sure, but what is it exactly that allows games like Fire Emblem, a relatively niche game, to explode in popularity, while games like Stella Glow are left behind in the dirt?

Bought it out of boredom, played up to the point where you save some bitch in the desert. Combat felt too slow even with the animations off, seemed to depend too much on spamming OP songs to wipe out a bunch of grunts, the socializing element felt tacked on.
It wasn't bad by any stretch but it didn't grab me at all.
I know /v/ hates this series for some reason but this game is awesome.

It had a very small but a very enthusiastic community.
They managed to strip it's OS and install Windows CE onto it, effectively making it into a PDA.

the issue with the Pandora was that it was delayed too long. In the time it was delayed, things like RaspberryPi came out which you could use to make similar machines with just about as much power for WAY cheaper if you had the know-how.
