An MMO has never held my attention for more than a few weeks before I get bored of the terrible combat and boring location and quests.
Are there any MMO's out there with:
>Actual fun combat
>Actual interesting quests
>Fun content throughout instead of being locked behind 100hrs of playtime

The MMO genre as a whole has always kinda sucked. Playing MMOs is largely about your desire to distract yourself from life and burn time. It helps if you have other people to play with and you like some element of the game enough to put up with the other bullshit.
I used to play Runescape all the time just for the quests. The grind fucking sucked, but when you're got endless time it doesn't really matter.

Its alright, feels slow, but thats the point. I wouldnt play through it again, Joel in my opinion is one of my favorite protags even if his reasoning at the end was wonky, but I can look at it from a morally grey perspective and be okay with it.

The only reason the FGC and associates promote the game is because of all the money involved. That's it. It has nothing to do with the game's quality, or brand, or anything like that. They are exploiting it, like a cheap, used up fifty year old whore.
I'm starting to think Mega Man was treated much better than Street Fighter. Mega Man 9 & 10 were a great way to end it, compared to this mess.
