Story/characters and combat are irrelevant. All that matters in an ME game is the potential of speed-running, and MEC provides that in spades in the Dash modes alone.
So it's a 9/10 for fans, and shit for anyone else who doesn't get excited at the prospect of constantly replaying sections/levels to get the best times.

So I was on the PS3 Deals for PSN, and I noticed Okami HD was on sale for $5.59.
I always wanted to play it, and honestly I thought it was only for Gamecube and Wii.
I see Okami is HD for PS3, so I was wondering if it was worth checking out?
Is PS3 the superior version?
PS3 is the best version yes. Has by far the best graphics and performance (Downscaled 4k!) and the option of the paper filter that's present in the PS2 version and absent in the Wii version.

There is no big mystery. The developers put up a mural on Mt. Chuliad or whatever it's called with a Jetpack stating that you could somehow access it if you did a bunch of stupid shit. No, there isn't a jetpack and there never will be because they're winding down their support of GTA Online in order to work on other projects (probably the next GTA)
ARGs and other stuff like that stop working when you can go through the files and find whatever you want.
Which game has great marriage mechanic?
Now single and looking for some nice marriage game mechanics. I'm just tired of sims and skyrim marriage doesn't have any sense.

I'm not sure if there's any marriage mechanic that adds anything to the overall gameplay; it's usually just fluff.
But if fluff is what your looking for, Rune Factory or Harvest Moon is your best bet.
