About to beat the final boss I think? and I think it's a pretty cool game.
Ive read it played like a 2d dark souls and that sounded great to me. I'm not disappointed whatsoever. [Spoiler]would prefer more colors but ehh, had to fit a theme I guess

I almost loved it. The things that made me cringe was the character faces that are super imbecillic amateurish pretentious art of a failed art student and the fact that the studio is a ska/punk music loving fuck and their logo reflects how much of a faggots they are.
The game iself is pretty cool. You get a helmet and pretend Ska and Punk are not a real thing in the world.

Can we get a monitors thread?
I'm currently sat on a 27" 1080 monitor which is nice and all, but i've got a 980 so i'm looking to do some 2k stuff, perhaps even 4k (outside of gaming) of course
Doing research, people seem to think that 4K is a pipe dream right now, even at 60 without very good hardware, and that 2k at high fps is the way forward. However it would be nice to do some other stuff in 4K such as browsing/watching video etc.
What monitors does /v/ play on? Is the Widescreen meme just that, or is it worthwhile? How about Gsync?
Acer XB271HU is the one i've been looking at right now, 2K, 144 refresh rate, 27", IPS, 4ms response and G-Sync, seems to be going for around 600 bongdollars

I use two ASUS VG248QE on a mount. It's pretty good. I never used the whole 3D thing though.
I will upgrade at some point to 4K.

You kept playing the entire game over and over until you got to the final boss with enough lives and continues.
Later you found out about level select codes and were too numb to feel anything.

So how do I play Shit-Witch in Overwatch? The only I know what to do with her is lock down rooms and that is about it. Is there anything else you can do with this character?

Her turrets are either used to cut off an alternate path or to protect your teleporter if you think the enemy team might find it. Use all of them in the same spot, a single turret does no damage at all, six turrets will kill some players before they realize it. If you can stay close to them, do that.
Her normal-fire is for dueling. I shit you not. She shreds some characters. Genjis will freak out and try to reflect it like retards. You have a reasonable shot at killing just about anyone who isn't a Tank just by holding M1 and jumping around spastically like an asshole. The damage ramps up the longer your beam stays on them, so if you hold it on somebody for a few seconds it's going to be melting them.
Her alt-fire is for area denial. I mean, if you snipe somebody with it, that's great, but it moves too goddamn slow for that to be a real option. Usually, you're going to be charging up your fuck-orb and lobbing it in the general direction of the enemies when you have nothing better to do. Preferably, you're shooting it into doorways so that the idiots might walk into it and get zapped.
Your teleporter is the only actual fucking reason you're allowed on the team. Put it somewhere it won't be found in ten seconds. When in doubt, put it a little farther back than you'd like. It's better to have team-mates walking an extra three seconds to get to the point than to have their Tracer melt your teleporter before anyone gets to use it. Nothing else you do really wins games. Having a teleporter up when they rush the point wins games.
