Why did they even bother to show up to E3? Nobody cares about whatever train wreck they're flailing around trying to prevent. They have one demo on the show floor that I find unlikely will have anything new that hundreds of games have already had in it for the past ten or more years. The only thing people will give a shit about is Pokemon which it seems like the only reason it still is popular is because Gamefreak keeps Nintendo from interfering with it too much.
I care about Nintendo's games whether or not they're doing well as a company. If they show a good game, I get excited. If they show a bad game, I get dissapointed.

I used to, but they just don't make quality products anymore except for a few franchises. They don't mind churning out Marios without "innovating" but god forbid they release some of their other franchises with just more of the same but with effort and quality put in. They'd rather slap shit together, demand that the fans buy it, and if they don't they'll blame you for not giving them money and shelve the franchises for years until they try the same shit again. Seems like people are wising up, at least I'd hope.
