Time for a serious discussion, lads.
CDPR has proven that they have what it takes to make a fully-developed world that is engrossing, epic, and chock-full of glorious minutiae.
Given the skill of the studio, can we reasonably expect Cyberpunk 2077 to actually be the best game ever made? Not only does it explore a setting which is rarely seen in any medium (due to the ambition and vision required to realize it without compromise), but CDPR is committed to a level of authenticity which is unprecedented. Here's an example:

I'm fervently hoping this game will set a new industry standard for what can be achieved in an open-world setting. The fact it's cyberpunk is just that much more salivating. Just imagine actually being able to fully explore a world like Blade Runner's. If the final product matches the ambition, this could go down as an all-time great entry.

It doesn't. Framerate is just a numerical value that is easily determined to be less or more than the perceived "best" value.
It's easy to post about how 30 is less than 60 because 30 is less than 60. It's harder to argue about gameplay for game A being better or worse than gameplay for game B. And shitposters will always take the easy route.
