Wait for this one to be around the same price too until Ubisoft releases at least 3 consecutive good games.
I believe it can be. I mean, watchdogs wasn't really that bad. It was buggy as all hell sure, and kinda shallow, but still fun to play. So I have a little hope that this won't be complete garbage.
