What's /v/'s opinion of Skies of Arcadia? With every other franchise that was ever remotely popular getting a remake/sequel, do you think Arcadia could do with a sequel or should it just be left well enough as is.
With gaming in the state that it currently is, a sequel could never do the original justice. I'm happy with just occasional cameos like in Valkyria Chronicles.
My #1 favorite game
I would buy an HD remake in a heartbeat as long as they don't do anything stupid.
A sequel would be interesting but I'd prefer it to be a FF type of sequel where it's a whole new world and characters but keep the themes and mechanics.

Don't know how emulation of this would go but I have the physical version and it is absolutely laggy.
I recommend either getting a N64 and a cartridge, setting up Wii Virtual Console, or emulating the Oot/Masterquest version.
Do not get the 3ds one unless you are a gigantic faggot retard.

Yeah, the steam sales the past years have been terrible. In the beginning it was great, getting great discounts left and right. Now devs wont let their 6 year old game lower than 19.99$ for the normal non sale version. put a 50-75% on for a steam sale which is what the price of the game should be for a game that old to begin with to make it seem like a good deal.
