Let's talk sitting. Proper posture's important if you're playing for long periods of time.
How do you sit? Most people say to sit upright, but I've heard others say you're actually supposed to lean back. Do you put your feet up, or keep them on the ground? Do you have any kind of extra back support?
What kind of chair do you use? Pic related is mine, but I've found my back's been sore lately, so if using a pillow to help doesn't work, then I'm going to look into replacing it.
Remember to get up and stretch once in a while. Give your ass a break.

I feel that if Bastion had to get out of Sentry Mode to use his heal, he would be fine. He's easy to counter, but if you fail to kill him 1v1, he just E's and gets right back into the action. That way, he's just a little more vulnerable, and it's easy to follow up on killing him if an ally fails.
