Sorry but I disagree. The whole point of her escaping to a co-ed school and falling head over heels for a girl on the first day was to make her understand that you cannot choose who you fall in love with, that's why she says "then I decided it's fine" after she realized that.
In that moment she fully accepted that her liking girls is fine, no matter if she's in an all-girls setting or not.
(This reminds me of the interview with Nakatani where she said that she likes yuri more when there are guys too, because the girls choose other girls not for the lack of males around.)

I have no idea what the plot is, but the girl in the glasses is Sumireko Usami, who is one of the Touhou characters from the normal world. There's thus nothing special about her appearing in a story with men in it. Most of her Touhou stuff is set squarely in Gensokyo and rarely features men in prominent roles.
