That's from the Saki manga. Their club has 5 members, and the artist decided to pair up 4 of them that way. Also, the 5th girl is a newcomer to the school while the other 4 were friends long before she joined.
I don't think the pairings are canon, I haven't seen anything in the manga to suggest any of them are currently a couple. There are many others in the manga that are much more overt about their relationship.
