I dont think she's head over heels for Touko like some people believe, but Sayaka's clearly quite possessive of her and whether that translates into a direct admission of love on her part or not remains to be seen. This series has tackled the usual romance tropes in very interesting ways and I have no doubt that, if it indeed chooses to go down the triangle route, it will also do Sayaka's story justice.

In that chapter alone, in the scene in which Touko and Yuu have that conversation there are two panels which show Yuu's frustration at being unable to fall in love with Touko.
Hell, the editor said Yuu's personality was based on some kid they heard about that was unable to understand love.
