There was this surprise yuri scene in Kodomo no Jikan OAD (I think) where the drunk female love interest gave the MC's sister a good amount of kissing and tongue action, and possibly lezzy sex after the love interest mistook the girl as Aoki (the male MC).
I have a GIF of it, but sadly I misplaced it.
