As for how Ryuuko and Satsuki come together, there are some decent fics illustrating that. Some better, some worse, all of them with certain quirks, but they got the general idea down. Two former rivals learn of each other's more vulnerable sides, build mutual respect, yadda yadda.
As for the midget, the way I see it, once the initial awe of dating Satsuki wears off, Nonon wouldn't be shy about it, quite the opposite. I don't mean that she would dominate, but she's a rather assertive person by nature. She'd be the one bringing Satsuki down to earth when necessary.
Now, when you introduce Ryuuko to this equation, I would say it's unlikely that her and Nonon would be the ones bringing the trio together. Their outward personalities clash quite a bit. Satsuki would be the centerpiece at first; not quite a love triangle, but the focus would certainly be on her. Over time, Ryuuko and Nonon would grow fond of each other's qualities that they previously found annoying.
Once they're all on equal terms, it's fairly self-explanatory. Each of them brings something else to the table, but none of them is somehow more or less important than the others. Rather than the sisters ganging up on Nonon, I think the "alliances" would be more dynamic than that.

On facts. We know after marrying her he was not against her, this is stated in the show. He was brought in to study life fibers, and life fiber resistance. Which is why he was the one running the experiment controls on merging their own children with life fibers. And we know his rebellion only officially started with Ryuko "dying" on the slab.
While not known one does not usually go from startying some study of an organism, and shoving it onto your infant daughters spinal cord to see what happens without either a strong series of experiments to measure viability, or a lackadaisical attitude toward ethics.

Instead of insulting people you can pull up the scenes in question to measure them up yourself, and you will find that in every spot they have a side by side position of equal "scale" they are annoyingly pixel perfect even. The possibility that Ryuko's Ryukos are indeed bigger comes from the simple construction of their Kamui. Senketsu's straps would flatten and push down her chest. Junketsu had a push up bra that pulled them together and up making them look "fuller".

There was a large number of scenes where both characters' chests wildly differed in sizes, because consistency isn't a thing Trigger concern themselves with, both in animation and plot. Therefore, I'm basing my view on it on how they average out, and Satsuki tends to have the larger chest more often than not.

You do realize that averaging out doesn't actually work out as a proper means to decide who is bustier if Trigger fucks up more than they get everything properly drawn, right? Not to mention that the sisters do wear rather different clothing as well. If the animation itself can't really be trusted, we have to go by dialogue. Which means Ryuko is bustier.

I disagree. It comes down to the clothes they wear too - Ryuko's normal attire is hardly flattering; both the jacket outfit and the school uni Senketsu are loose and/or hide her body shape. When we see her in her bra/the bunny pajamas/transformed Senketsu, her breasts are large.
Satsuki, on the other hand, is almost always tight, well fitted clothes that accentuate her body.
Mako definitely exaggerates the truth, but she isn't a liar at all. Those are two different things
