There's no chance it will "leak", no. Anime doesn't leak in Japan like TV Shows or movies do in the West.
It definitely will be released on bluray someday, but who knows when. Madogatari ends in February so that's the absolute soonest we'll see it, but it could take until the sequel is released on bluray 2+ years from now.

Memory wipe wise, I think Homura already fucked up. We know Homu's mind wipe isnt perfect. We know the way Homura remember Madoka was through her ribbons. Homura gave Madoka her ribbons back. I think that's going to be responsible for Madoka remembering bits and pieces.
What was Homura's greatest failure? Letting Madoka become a magical girl after she promised not to before killing Madoka. What does Madoka appear to be? A magical girl with a new outfit.
I think team stop light pops and distracts Homura while Kyubey makes a new contract with Madoka. This may bring back Madoka's memories but wont bring back her power. it'll also push Homura over the edge. That would be the only scenario I can see Homura coming at full power against Madoka with.

An interesting way to do that might be to have Madoka go through something similar to what Homura did at the start of Rebellion, maybe for just an episode or two (or whatever that would be for a movie). It would not have the mystery element to it of course since we know what is going on, but I think it could show the cracks in Homura's world and psyche very well.
Starts off with Madoka feeling like things are off, and she feels useless, helpless, and worthless like she did in the series. Kyubey never offers a wish because Homura, so she never gains confidence from that. Meanwhile Homura seems to be becoming increasingly unstable and Madoka worries over that and how Homura refuses to tell her what is wrong when something is obviously not okay, Sayaka keeps hiding something too and being aggressive towards Homura (maybe for reasons she can't even remember), and bits of reality seem to be off here and there with all the familiars and shit everywhere.

It makes sense that timeshield has changed to memory control power, because timeshield is useless now. This kind of power could let her to accoplish her wish AGAIN by separating Madoka's memories from LoC. Bow and wings are probably some kind of gift from LoC or maybe she is literally part it. Ai yo stuff is more about taking down Madokami, becoming demon and recreating the universe. I think this manga will fit in canon material perfectly. Sadly they probably won't show clara dolls leaving their development to the next anime project.

This is why I'm a bit concerned right now over the push toward Mami with the sequel. I'm trying not to be too biased, but it really does make more sense both narratively and thematically to have Sayaka be the main opposition against Homura, while being more determined to save Madoka, her best friend (and literal Goddess).
That's not to say the story can't reach that point, as they clearly are teasing Sayaka's role in things. I could foresee this being an arc where Mami attempts to bring down Homura only to fall gloriously in battle, and it's up to Sayaka to finish the fight (until she too falls, causing Madoka to finally finish things).
I really do hope it ultimately comes down to the Sayaka>Homura>Madoka conflict, because it would be the most satisfying that way. Madoka/Homura and Madoka/Sayaka are the two most important relationships in this series, so I hope they both get equal representation in the sequel.
I should probably not worry too much; I remember when we all thought Sayaka would get maybe 10 minutes of screen time in Rebellion, and she ended up being one of the most important (and coolest) characters in the movie.
I just hope this whole Mami thing isn't just the result of her being more popular and them deciding to just capitalize on that. But then again, I was also worried Rebellion would do the same for Homua. So I should have more faith.
But I still need my Blue vs Black confrontation in the end, with Pink in the middle.

I see Sayaka playing an important role in a sequel, but I see her fulfilling her "role" once Madoka's memories are restored. I think because of her "cool" personality in Rebellion, Sayaka fans are treating her like the new hero of the series. I honestly dont expect Gen to stop putting her up only to knock her down.
There really needs to be a lot more about Madoka than anyone else. She is by far the least developed and flat character at this point. I think we know Mami will fall, but for what purpose will she confront Homura other than "cool fight"? Kyoko and Sayaka also need to work off each other. While Madoka and Sayaka are important to the series, all of Sayaka's growth is because of her conflict and reconciliation with Kyoko. Kyoko probably still sympathizes with Homura to an extent, especially if we treat KyoSaya as a mirror of MadoHomu.
I see 25% Sayaka, 25% other girls, 50% Madoka.
I honesty REALLY think we are neglecting Kyubey's role.

Their relationship in the CD drama is hinted at in the actual series though, when Kyouko gets angry after Sayaka mentions Mami. I'd say what's considered romantic interaction to be subjective. Some fans might take Kyouko's suicide thing in ep9 to be a sign of romantic feelings, but I think it's more just her realizing her true feelings as someone who believed in justice and heroism.

I'm fine with that, it's true, but that serves as shipping material in the same sense as KyouSaya. Neither are really canon (at least not until Rebellion added forced KyouSaya), so it really just comes down to opinions.

That's fine if you see it as her trying to bond her soul to Sayaka. It makes more sense, to myself, that what drove her to do it was linked to her beliefs given her background, her last words to Homura and her making final prayers.

Well looking at it from each character's perspective and purpose.
Sayaka's arc highlights mainly her stubborn belief in justice and shows how that collapses on herself. While Kyouko's is a realization that her current self-motivated lifestyle is a perversion of her former beliefs and not who she actually wants to be. Neither of their motivations are actually centered upon each other.
Homura's motivation is clearly stated to be Madoka and she acts consistently to that fact. Regardless of where Madoka's feelings lie, Homura's feelings towards her is enough for me. They're clearly not going out yet, so I guess it's just more reasonable shipping, which I'm all for.

Also, sacrifice is a recurring theme among the girls throughout the series, and Sayaka would absolutely sacrifice herself if it meant saving Madoka (who also happens to be the savior of MGs everywhere). The promo movie is hinting that her transformation is voluntary, which makes me think she's going to go full Kariya to try and accomplish her goal (hey, he was Urobuchi's favorite character too!).

We still don't really know this. We have no idea if Homura personally resents Sayaka, and we know that Sayaka was fighting just as hard in Rebellion to save Homura. They are regarded as enemies now because of Homu's actions, but we don't know yet if Sayaka is determined to stop her or KILL her.
This is why I want so much focus between the two; it's the last untapped relationship, so that's why this Mami conflict they're setting up feels like a first act distraction rather than the actual main conflict.

I will concede the second point. As of now, we REALLY dont know any character motivations or the time frame of those scenes. We can barely call the concept film a true trailer. Sayaka is human Madoka's best friend.
Homura is Madoka's soul mate who went through 100 times, endless agony, and ended up the hot mess we see today.
You cant even compare their dedication to Madoka.
Sayaka told Kyoko that she was the reason she even bothered showing up. She didnt care about Homura or Madoka in that situation. The LoC is a nirvana style merciful death, we can't pretend they hang out or anything. She was WAY more concerned that Homura interfered with the LoC. She didnt say "What did you do to Madoka?" She was explicitly concerned with the LoC. While I dont doubt she cares about Madoka, her main purpose is restoring the one salvation that magical girls had. Restoring Madoka's wish that she now identifies Madoka with/as. Sayaka and Madoka dont have a BFF relationship anymore because Sayaka doesnt even view her as Madoka. She views her as the LoC.
Homura is the only one who remembers every iteration of Madoka in the new timeline and is the only one with 100 times lines worth of painful memories.
Madoka gave up her entire existence. Literally all of it to take on the burden of magical girls.
Homura gave up 8-10 years of her life, her innocence, her sanity, and for the moment at least, any hope of reuniting with Madoka.
Mami gave up all semblance of a normal life. She gave up her social life that a 14/15 year old kid should be able to have in order to fight for a type of righteousness that only she follows.
Kyoko didn't necessarily sacrifice anything directly at first, but she lost everything she held dear. She even sacrificed herself for Sayaka.
Sayaka isnt a bad character but damn does her fanbase act like there was a massive transformation into the hero. She gets NTRd, dies, matures,was she's smug af, now angry af and that's about it.

Timeline 5 Madoka followed Sayaka, who she was worried about because Sayaka was on a death march. I'm not saying it's irrelevant, but it's not particularly special considering they're SUPPOSED to be friends. Madoka would be a shitty friend if she didnt try to help her and later save. Sayaka isn't even a magical girl in half the timelines we see and the one time we do see her, she's too busy bitching about Kyoko and making accusations against Homura. We dont even know if Madoka kept it a secret from her in the timelines we dont see her.

Okay, WHEN did this happen? Seriously, WHEN did Sayaka vow to protect Madoka all her life and mold her into the white knight she is today? There's no reason to believe she isnt a justice freak in the new world without Madoka. She views herself a knight due to her binary thought process on what is good and bad. It has NOTHING to do with Madoka.

As we head towards the Osaka Madogatari exhibition, I'm making a witch rune translation special training duty romaji font [I assume it might have the font with the letters listed above them; there's kanji fonts floating around with stroke orders on them, so I think this is what he means]
作るの自体がめっさ大変だった罠。完成は遠い。
However, the creation of the font itself has been a huge pain-in-the-ass trap, and it's not really close to being done.
In other words, despite the lack of success on Nanashi-san's attempt to train his fellow nanashi on how to read, the thought of sending someone able to read them on sight has been discussed, and subsequent threads have had some discussion of it.
Hopefully by Osaka or Sapporo someone will be able to get the names for us.
