It's difficult to explain. I love prince-ish girls/tomboys like Mizuki from A Kiss and a White Lily because even your can see their girlish side. I didn't mind the flashbacks or the backstory, but it's another reminder of how little I tend to care about het relationships. Sung-Pyo is a fairly nice guy and I don't give a damn about him.

I loved it seeing them flirting with each other. I always enjoy this part. teasing and flirting before the relationship start, nice moments

No-Rae's comment "no matter what that person was like, I would have cut things off with them". That's just the person she is or was with everyone else. She wouldn't commit and she would always choose to run just like she did in the beginning with Seol-ah. I was dreading the flashbacks because I thought it would be this epic love story that ended and would be used in constant comparison and fear, but it ended up being reassuring. No-Rae would have gotten rid of anyone regardless of who they were, Seol-ah is special. No-rae can't stay away from her so her feelings would have to be more intense than she's experienced. Plus Seol-ah wouldn't just let her get away so easy ;) ssamba did a good job, it solidifies what Seol-ah and No-rae have together even more.
