No. Anime ends with only Lucia and Sumire alive and the manga ends kinda ambiguous with Sumire not having made a choice but the events leading up to it imply she returns Lucia's more obvious feelings.
This title has been the most botched up marketing pitch ever made especially for yuri fans who wanted more yuri anime at the time

Manga: Lucia's father isn't evil and just possessed by an evil spirit that posesses Sumire's male friend who brainwashes Sumire into thinking destroyingthe world is the only way Lucia can be happy. After Lucia quits smoking for Sumire she goes to rescue her and tells her that she doesn't want to destroy the world because it's where she lives with Sumire. Save the day and skip to a month later Lucia and Sumire's male friends have a conversation that amounts to both want to be Sumire's significant other with Lucis clearly having the advantage before leaving to go on a picnic with Sumire.
