I,ve stopped reding for some time now, it's really poorly put together to say to least. Each character introduced is a painfully obvious device to make to story go forward, since the main protags have no drive of their own...and now they've ruined Harumi making me stop for good.
SQ's pacing can get a bit janky (but not obnoxiously so), but it's the tone is subtle, the humour is often situational and the characters actually act on what they want instead of bouncing about on plot dictated events.

I'm almost positive she does. It's just that she has probably never thought of SJ in that way before (at least consciously). Just imagine how you might react if somebody really close to you (who you never thought about in a romantic way) just all of a sudden told you they want to date you. That's impressive, I'm surprised amazon.com is listing it and not a third party, the book must be doing extremely well to get stocked abroad with an untranslated version. It's even a couple dollars cheaper than the total cost on amazon.cn after shipping. That said, I've had problems with amazon.com stocking international imports regularly after release, they usually cancel them on me without getting it in stock, but at least either way Tan Jiu is getting her cut.
