I know this isn't a yuri series per se, but the OVAwhich, aside from the last episode, was trashhad this scene, and now I need more.
Besides, Rika x Satako might as well be canon.

Depends. If you like psychological thrillers that don't rely on gore to get under your skin, It'd be perfect for you. The show leaves a lot of clues throughout each arc as to what's really going on, but it never flat out gives anything away. It's one of the better horror animes out there, and frankly, It's one of my favorites.
The only downside is that, being horror, romance (and with it, yuri) doesn't play a very big role in the story. There's some lovey dovey stuff put in here and there to reinforce character motivations and things like that, but not much; and most, if not all of it, is het. The last episode of the OVA is the only thing that really gives us true yuri, and the fact that Rika and Satakolive togethercould be seen in a /u/ light, but only partially.
TL;DR, one of the better psycho-horror animes out there, but doesn't have much yuri. If that's not too big a deal for you, I'd highly recommend it.
Actually, now that I think about it, Kira (the second OVA) does have a fair bit of yuri. That said, most fans avoid it like the plague since It's pretty much fanservice dipped in more fanservice, which takes away from the eerie feeling the actual show left off.
