Had no idea Jennifer's Body was /u/, might have to check that out.
I'd also suggest Duke of Burgundy. It isn't supernatural/horror, but it has a sense of unease and a setting that goes well with halloween. Plus,realistic BDSM.
There are a handful of good Witch yuri manga/doujin out there. Being Halloween now is a good time to read them even if you've already read them before. (pic related)

Jennifer's Body is an awful excuse for a movie, just look for clip of the makeout scene.
The Hunger is pretty good comparatively speaking. Rebecca is a film noir with subtext. I just watched We Are the Night and would not recommend it for bad end and crazy lesbian sterotypes.
