But that's just not true. If you look at official character art, Satsuki is at least just as stacked as Ryuuko, if not more. Only argument to the contrary is what Mako says, and she's hardly a credible source on anything. (and was saying it to encourage Ryuuko)
Then again, Trigger's art is about as consistent as their storytelling, so we may never know the truth.
