That is all true, but she is also a wistful, melancholy and uncompromising person you just can't help but root for, wishing an understanding for both herself and the world. To her casual niceties do not take the same priority as constantly contemplating society and life, wondering about her place in the universe and the worth of image versus personality, honesty versus pretension, the strength of human contact, and lastly constantly daydreaming and yearning 24/7. You can have basic human decency while also being the same shy, but charmingly kooky and creative person with weird tastes that daydreams all the time. You're conflating "yuri fan" (which Kitta definitely is) with "actual lesbian" (which she is unlikely to come out as, even if there is plenty of evidence pointing that way).
When not hamming it up in front of the camera, she is reasonably polite to both male fans and staff. That's just to be expected because like it or not, they exist and she has to interact with them on a constant basis. You should at least have pointed out how she will hit on just about every female co-worker/co-star ever; recently admitted she "probably likes [Kusuda Aina's] face the most, in this industry" despite not really knowing her so well on a personal level ie. it's a shallow crush based on looks; gets very excited to receive female attention, etc.

As she is, she doesn't see fault in most things she does on an ethical or emotional level, but on a social one. She knows what causes her to be unpopular, but doesn't really get why they're 'wrong'. Remember, also, that good and bad are subjective, and can easily be changed.

Kitta Izumi is about as far from "attention whore" as you claim; her one true love is gyoza, and "gyoza research". and the fact that they know this actress more than me can be seen as negative as well, as it could be that they are simple biased because they are fans. You see this shit all the time with fans of huge stars, that they are willingly ignorant towards the negative aspects of a star or simply assume they are great people, simply because they are pretty or sing well.
Unless you have direct evidence that this person is gay when the camera is not filming her, anything you say is just pointless uninformed opinion as well.
