When I was a kid, I saw a movie (possibly sci-fi) that had a female character that had two monster faces for boobs. They were all wrinkly and had arms, I think. I just remember the scene when she opened her top and there were monsters there. I think there was also a reference to this scene in an episode of South Park at some point. Does anyone know this?

No, that isn't it. The boobs didn't look like boobs at all. They just were straight up creepy faces that talked and everything.
