Yes I think they were made by reel toys. There was a 9" figure and 20" doll if I remember correctly. Came with business cards and nail gun and that stuff.

He's from NECA's cult classic series, used to be a based line of figures from movies that you wouldn't ever expect figures of.
The accessories on these were always so fun. They had like zero articulation and the face sculpts were sometimes terrible, but they were great back in the day. They did stuff like Ash, Frank from Darko, Hannibal, Shaun of the Dead, etc etc. These days the company does a lot of 80's movie toys.
Bateman here is actaully pretty tough to find on secondary, 50$ is like the lowest price for him. I'd actually love to snatch him at some point

I don't like this movie as a meme, I genuinely enjoy it both as a scathing critique of late-stage capitalism and the toxic culture of materialism it creates as well as a deep study of the character of Patrick Bateman.
I also happen to enjoy the novel a lot more for these same reasons.
