He was the most underrated source of humor on the show, and wound up being my 3rd favorite character after Silvio and Christopher. On top of all that he's portrayed masterfully by the legendary slime ball Joe Pantoliano. Every worst character on the Sopranos forum I've read has him listed among the likes of Janice and Ginny Sack. One thing's for sure, he's definitely not THAT bad. What do you shitheads think?
