not really. north africa mostly speak arabic but their populations were never really replaced by actual arabs. there was a little bit of interbreeding but not enough to dramatically change the look of north africa. think about actual arabs population today (ie saudi arabian peninsula)... there's just not that many of them. egyptians today look about the same as what they've looked like for thousands of years.

No, there are Bedouin populations in Egypt but the majority of Egypt is Egyptian. While the main line Egyptian genetics may be slightly diluted from what was present centuries ago, the Copts of Egypt are mostly pure Egyptian stock.
