There's two rides in that painting, just that both are indoors. One in the mountains on the left is a dark-ride bigger then Pirates and Haunted Mansion combined getting caught up in First Order vs Resistance stuff. The other one is a Millennium Falcon simulator.
Area also has two restaurants in the form of a cantina and a fancy dining club hosted by an animatronic Hutt. Droids and aliens everywhere as they push the whole "CMs always stay in character" thing to its limits.

The common population of Westeros doesn't have as interesting or as fun a culture as say that of the magic folk of the Harry Potter universe.
As opposed to the fun stuff in Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade, the streets of King's Landing or Winterfell or wherever you'd want to set it would primarily be greasy farmers hawking Medieval-level wares, prostitutes, shit-farmers and peasants.
The same is LESS true for Middle Earth, but still not worth adapting the same way the Harry Potter universe is.

The first one only really took off because the special effects were so cutting edge at the time, and the hype / marketing for it were huge. The story and everything else about it were mediocre at best.
If the sequels can't push the special effects technology envelope even further this IP is totally dead in the water, assuming they actually make it to production at all.
