That guy obviously never had a cat. I've had many cats, and they are all unique characters. But one thing remains certain: if you are a cunt to a cat, it's gonna be a cunt to you. It might manifest differently, sometimes they will just run away from you, sometimes they will piss in your shoes, sometimes they will claw you, but it's never without a reason.
I also think cats are much smarter than dogs, but it's hard to notice if you don't spend a lot of time around both.
I currently have one cat that is completely blind (we found her with rotten eyes when she was little and she had to have them removed) and I can honestly say it's the smartest animal I've ever seen.

You guys are lucky, I volunteered at my uncles animal shelter and 60% of the cats we took in where fucking shit heads. Even the pit bulls we pulled from death pits were more loving. The only animals with a worse rate of being cool were large birds (any birds of prey were always bro tier).

Pigs are actually one of the easier animals to house break. You can let them outside or take them for walks and they'll go.
A huge challenge is keeping their little hoof nails trimmed. Pigs don't like their feet touched and will squeel bloody murder if you try. Also good luck catching her and then holding her down.

We live in Florida. Apparently Huskys are fine in hotter weather, something to do with their coat. But we have a pool that he helps himself to whenever he's hot.
