I like processed cheese on grilled cheese as much as anyone else, but everyone should at least try putting different kinds of cheese on it. Even mix and match for the best taste. I really cannot stand having one kind of cheese in my grilled cheese anymore. My favorite combination is processed cheese with provolone. I haven't seen this movie but i've heard that it's a metaphor for his career and how he wants to make simple smaller movies. If that's correct then doesn't this grilled cheese basically say he wants to make the most basic tier shit that anybody with half a brain could make with no thought put into it even if it's garbage that the masses would be far better off if we didn't consume it? It just seems odd that if the metaphor he's going for is chef=director/writer and food=movies that he'd pick such a god awful piece of food to use. Why not do something like whole grain spaghetti with chopped chicken or something that's genuinely bad for you to consume?
