Season 1 is weak but 2 and 3 has made Black Sails the best show that's currently airing.

It's severely overrated but it's not bad.
However, be prepared for lots of nonsense including homosexuals and lesbians all over the place. Which is fine I guess but it feels more than a little forced.

Season one is good. Season two is really good. But you do have to overlook the jewy sexual stuff (polyandry, gay, lesbian, softcore porn sex scenes, ect, ect.) that's crammed all over the place. Season 3 starts off great but then starts to take a sharp downhill slide.

She's the worst character/actress on the show, imo. That accent is awful. That doesn't change the fact that she's the most attractive, which kind of leaves me feeling pretty neutral about her as long as she keeps getting naked.

Agree. Season 1 is slow and can get boring as its mainly building the main characters. Shit gets on track with season 2.
