Well the mac10 is likely rule of cool, but as for the revolver, some of those things are powerful enough to actually be able to hit a target that is far away enough to need the scope. I don't know enough about guns to say if that one is or not, but I know it's not unheard of. It's probably just rule of cool as well either way.

The main issue isn't its ambidextrousness, it's how you'd need to flip your gun sideways to see how many shots you've got left, instead of just glancing down as you're aiming. It would totally make it more ambidextrous for a cheaper price as well, though.
