Obama described the AR-15 as a "weapon of war that has no place on American streets" then he proceeded to procure 200,000 AR-15 rifles to be issued to employees of the IRS, the Department of Fish and Wildlife, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Environmental Protection Agency, and even the fucking National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
