Does he even age?
>>71731101
No he's looked 55 his entire life
>>71731101
He stopped doing that a while back.
>>71731101
He just played it really smart and got rid of the hair early on so you can't really tell that easily. He also apparently ate his fast food in his 50s or something so I assume good diet has something to do with it.

There are some episodes of TNG where he looks old and frail as shit. Getting rid of those last bits of hair really did make him look far younger.
Tea. Earl Grey. Hot.
>>71731101
He keeps voicing people in Seth Macfarlane cartoons, so I'm guessing he's senile at least
>>71731210
Why did he always call his replicator Earl Grey? Is it because he wanted to live in the Victorian era in England?
>>71731225
it's easy work for big pay.
>>71731244
Please don't.
>>71731244
It's not uncommon for people to name their tools.
>>71731244
Pretty much.
Anyway, its not replicator, its name was Replica Thor, Earl Grey.
he looks 70 in green room
>>71731270
Indeeed.

people did this weird voice control thing where they would start general and then get more specific.
i actually study human-computer interaction (generally making stuff, but honestly there's space in the field to study shit like how people predicted future technology in cinema), and the voice interaction in TNG is almost hilariously bad. at some points the characters might as well be saying "Computer, what's the next plot point?" but in times like these picard apparently needs to clarify that "earl grey" is referring to tea, and that he wants it "hot", as opposed to cold i guess.

THe episode where Beverly Crusher gets trapped in a bubble universe might as well have had an omniscient computer because she's too stupid to figure shit out on her own

YOU'RE NOT MY SUPERVISOR
>>71731101
Lets hope not tbqh.
>>71731379
yeah, that was painful to watch on lots of levels. in general it felt like the computer was a crutch with almost no redeeming moments (i suppose that the moriarty stuff was somewhat interesting and not quite as tired; an AI might kind of just suss out the right questions to ask for some hand-waivey reason, so the hammy questions aren't quite as annoying coming from him)
That's not Rob Lowe.
Pretty good overall actor, I rarley say that about anyone.
