I still find enjoyment in the first two seasons, but there's definitely a spike in quality of jokes once they stopped being political. I think it was because they realized how quickly the jokes became dated and rather than trying to be edgy with capturing political satire at the moment they wanted to create something timeless from season 3 onwards.
