Chowder & Flapjack both sucked dick as flagship programs.
They weren't as bad as say... My Gym Partner's a Monkey or Camp Lazlo but Cartoon Network was never worse than when they were airing.
The older era with PPG, Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, Cow & Chicken into Billy & Mandy, KND, & EE&E and the newer era with AT, RS, SU were better.
