Jon becomes Lord Commander and his family is proud of his achievement. Jon starts to say weird things about the undead and is mocked even by Robb, but eventually he believes him. Stannis travels North with the Melly anyway because she sees it in the fire and knows about the Others. Jon starts bringing wildlings over and is killed for that by his sworn brothers. Rumors spread about his resurrection and how his vows ended, but he still keeps ruling the NW hailed as some king because of his uncommon bravery, skill and mystery surrounding his resurrection. Rumors reach Ned Stark in KL who suspects Jon triggered his inner Targ madness and is concerned, which is partially true. Jon unaffected by tragedies in his family becomes a different man and desires power. When he writes to Starks to send more money and men to restore the old castles defending the Wall, he is granted the favor and manages to rally more army when the time comes and the dead invade.
Robert Baratheon is extremely upset when he hears Daenerys conquered the Slaver's Bay and sacked cities and is doing much more to prevent her from ever reaching Westeros, considers sending an army to Essos, which seems reasonable even to Ned at this point. All houses of Westeros are loyal to Robert, but peace time inspires some to develop fondness for Dany's cause and some adventurers join her in person or plan to if she ever lands.

Robert is having another grand tournament to celebrate finding himself a new wife, Margaery Tyrell. Jon Snow wants to participate at the tournament as he is already hailed as the best swordsman in Westeros and is actually the only person who fought battles recently. Jon Snow crowns Arya Stark as his queen of love and beauty and the entire realm fucking explodes in gossip. Ned realizes the history could repeat itself and he decides he will never reveal to Jon his true parentage.

Sansa loathes Jon Snow more than ever, but now subconsciously because he choose Arya instead of her. Robb is 'slightly' outraged and upset. Robert finds certain respect for Jon and sees potential in him, they have a brief discussion about the Night's Watch. Robert loathes incestous things and reminds Jon that half-siblings are still siblings by blood, but Jon explains how his gesture is falsely interpreted, not that he cares. He wanted to honor his sister. Jon has dreams of fire and dragons while he sleeps in King's Landing. He wakes up and starts to roam around the castle where he finds dragon skeletons and has his first vague vision. When he hears about Daenerys, he is thrilled for unknown reasons.
Jon wants to see Arya, but Ned forbids it. He insists and says that he can't keep him from seeing his sister. Ned is starting to see in Jon man who he thinks raped his sister Lyanna and he is upset that Jon wears a Stark face and blood of a dragon. Arya herself sneaks out of the Red Keep and they have a conversation in the garden where they also kiss, which is seen by Sansa who runs away and is about to tell her father. Jon and Arya chase her and confront her and she acts like a retard and in the heat of argument, Arya pushes her off some cliff and Sansa dies. That is witnessed by the two of Kingsguard a moment later. Jon takes a blame to save his Arya's life.
