Hail, Caesar! was quite entertaining and more in the vain of those older Coen movies. But wasn't there something missing when the cowboy actor Hobie Doyle goes after the communists? Isn't there supposed to be some comedic action instead of him just walking into the beach house? In Burn After Reading we got the fitness coach hiding in the closet after breaking and entering and then being shot.[/SPOILER]

I saw it yesterday and it's by far the worst Coen Bros movie I've seen. It looked neat but that's pretty much all it got going for it, watch The Man Who Wasn't There if you haven't already.

Josh Brolin gets headline credits of course but I do wonder why Jonah Hill or even Channing Tatum are credited on the front.

Of course I have seen it. I'm an avid fan of Billy Bob Thornton.

I am a gigantic Coen Bros fan. But I turned this one off after about 20 mins. That should tell you a great deal about this movie.
