I have a pretty minor interest in hip hop but I thought it was okay.
Incredibly overrated. The actor portraying Eazy E was probably the best part about it.
Everything else felt too over dramatic.

nope it's whitewashed history from Dr. Dre's billion dollar empire.
Theres some good scenes but a lot more incredibly dull ones.
It's almost completely inaccurate too. You know that phrase 'history is written by the victors'? Well Dre is the victor.

I would've enjoyed it a lot more if not for all the revisionist history. For that reason, I was glad it got ignored by the Academy. A true telling might actually have been worthy of an Oscar.
